Account Cash Balance Unfreeze Debit

This interface is used to unfreeze and directly debit the frozen cash of a specified securities account. By providing the account number account_no and the original freeze serial number serial_num, it deducts the frozen funds directly rather than releasing them back to the available balance, with idempotency guaranteed via request_id. Unlike the unfreeze interface, this interface is suitable for scenarios where frozen funds need to be directly consumed after final business confirmation.
