Query Total Cash

This interface is used to retrieve the complete cash data across all currencies for the account. Without requiring an account number or currency parameter, it directly returns the settled cash settled_cash and available cash available_cash for each currency, organized by currency as the key. Compared to the account cash query interface, this interface returns full data without currency filtering support.
