Verify (Enable/Disable) Fund

Shared by the public-fund and private-fund management lists and distinguished by type = fund or type = private. Single-record verification uses adminVerifyFund; bulk verification uses adminBatchVerifyFund; both call this endpoint.

Request parameters

Required: verify (Verify (Enable)), type (Fund Type)
Optional: counter_id (Counter ID), counter_ids (Counter ID List), audit_frontend_resource (Audit Context)
