Portfolio Fee

Securities Portfolio Fee

Query securities portfolio-fee billing contracts, aggregating portfolio fees (such as VA custodian fees) by client and billing month with their accrued amount and settlement status for the billing and clearing teams to reconcile.

Request parameters

  • Combine business filters through filters (see the filters field notes below for optional fields), and use page, page_size, and orderBy to control pagination and sorting.

Business notes

  • Records are organized by client and billing month, capturing the accrual details of portfolio-fee contracts.
  • Each record carries the contract number, client ID, securities account, client name, market, currency, business type, start/end ledger dates, amount, and settlement status.
  • The business type distinguishes portfolio-fee categories, and the status distinguishes settled / unsettled.
  • Typically used to reconcile a client's portfolio fees for a given month and their settlement progress.

Returns

On success, returns the matching records and pagination info. See the response definition for column meanings.
