Add Coin Withdraw Limit

Creates a daily crypto-withdrawal limit configuration.

Request parameters

Required: cut_time (cycle base date), exchange_currency (exchange currency), limit_amount (initial limit), member_ids (customer ids), priority, status, and time_zone.
Optional: frequency_limit, limit_type, remark, withdrawal_crypto (supported withdrawal cryptocurrencies), and others.
Set member_ids to all for all customers, or a comma-separated list of customer ids; time_zone is used to compute the daily-limit cycle.

This operation creates a real daily withdrawal-limit configuration that directly affects a customer's withdrawable amount. Confirm the applicable customers, currency, and limit before calling.
