Get Ticket List V2

Queries the ticket list so approvers or administrators can search tickets by condition.

Request parameters

  • This endpoint has no required parameters; see the field documentation below for optional ones.
  • Filter with any combination of tab, id, flow_key, actor_id, all, last_handler_id, and applied_time_range, and control paging with page and page_size.
  • See each field's own documentation for format, accepted values, and business meaning.

Business notes

This is a shared endpoint of the common ticket-approval system; omitted filters are not applied.

Returns

On success, returns the matching tickets with pagination. See the response definition below for field meanings.

Boolean flag for all.

Boolean values:

  • true - The condition applies
  • false - The condition does not apply

Last Handler ID associated with this request.

applied_time_rangestring

Specifies Applied Time Range.

pagenumber

Page number to query, starting from 1.

page_sizenumber

Maximum number of records to return per page. Use a positive integer.
