Required: id (Transfer-out Request ID), is_show (Remark Visible to User), fee (Transfer-out Fee)
Optional: remarkType (Default Remark Type), remark (Modify Reason / Remark)

Default Remark Type. Corresponds to the request field Select. The UI currently offers only 0 (custom), which clears remark for manual entry. Whether the backend uses this field is unknown.

remarkstring

Modify Reason / Remark. Corresponds to the request field TextArea.

feenumberrequired

Transfer-out Fee. Corresponds to the request field InputNumber. the caller must reject the request if the updated fee exceeds the currently withdrawable amount returned by getSingleCurrencyWithdraw.
