Flow Tickets

Approve Flow Ticket Step

Approves or rejects a specific approval-ticket step.

Request parameters

  • Required: stepId (step ID), action (the action, one of 3/4/5), and comment (the review comment).
  • See each field's own documentation for format, accepted values, and business meaning.

Business notes

This is a legacy endpoint that has been superseded by the new ticket-approval endpoint POST /admin-api/v2/tickets/{id}; new integrations should not call it.

Risk warning

This changes the approval ticket's workflow state and may trigger downstream real business actions. Confirm the target step and the review action before calling.

Result

On success, the step's approval transition is completed; the resulting state and returned data follow the 200 response definition.
