Get Account Trade Permission

This interface is used to retrieve the trading permissions enabled for a specified securities account. By providing the account number account_no, it returns the list of enabled permissions, where each record includes the permission type (e.g., stock: equities / va: virtual assets) and the list of supported markets (e.g., HK, US).
