IPO Delisting

Queries a subscription-order summary for IPO delisting, used to verify the outstanding valid subscription exposure of a stock before processing its delisting.

Request parameters

  • Combine business filters through filters (see the filters field reference below), and use page, page_size, and orderBy to control pagination and sorting.

Business notes

  • Data aggregates valid subscription orders (submitted, confirmed and other in-flight states) by stock, market, and subscription-order status.

  • Each record carries the stock, market, subscription-order status, and the total subscription amount and order count for that grouping.

  • Operations use this to assess the subscription exposure of the stock to be delisted before confirming and executing the delisting.

Returns

On success, returns the matched records with pagination metadata. See the response definition for the meaning of each returned column.
