Export Tickets

Exports ticket data to a file according to the given filters.

Request parameters

  • This endpoint has no required parameters; see the field documentation below for optional ones.
  • Narrow the export scope with any combination of tab, categories, actor_id, last_handler_id, and applied_time_range, and choose the output format with file_type.
  • See each field's own documentation for format, accepted values, and business meaning.

Business notes

The export scope matches the ticket-list query; omitted filters are not applied.

Result

On success, the corresponding ticket export file is generated; the resulting state and returned data follow the 200 response definition.
