Add Billing Account Fee Info Item

Adds a client-facing fee-display item that shows special fee notes on the client, grouped by business-line/market tab.

Request parameters

Required: tab (business-line or market identifier), name (multilingual name object keyed by zh-CN/zh-HK/en), conditions (list of trigger conditions, each { field, value })
Optional: desc (multilingual description object)
See the field descriptions for the format, value range, and business meaning of each field.

Business notes

The candidate values for tab come from GET /v1/billing/myrates/markets. A fee-display item only affects the fee notes shown on the client; it does not change the actual billing rules.

Result

On success, the operation completes; the resulting state and returned data follow the 200 response definition.

The Broker ACCESS_TOKEN must be granted the permission above, or the call will be rejected.

Each array element is a { field, value } object.

field: the condition-item ID (rate-condition field) identifying which business dimension the condition applies to, e.g. '3' for an account/counter condition.
value: the array of selected values (strings) for that condition item.

Child attributes

Selected values for the condition item, as an array of strings. A single selection is still sent as a one-element array.
