Check Transfer Pending

Check whether the specified announcement has any in-progress position-transfer records. Call this before executing a corporate action; if in-progress transfers exist, the caller can warn or block downstream execution accordingly.

Request parameters

Required: ann_id (unique identifier of the announcement to check)
See each field's description for format, value range, and business meaning.

Business notes

Only applies to CA-type announcements; other types return 99000.

This endpoint only performs a check and does not change any transfer or announcement state.

Returns

On success, returns the list of in-progress transfer conflict records for the announcement in data.items. An empty list means there are no in-progress transfers.
