Get IPO Subscription P/L Stock List

Queries, with pagination, the P/L of each IPO that the current account subscribed to within the specified statistics period. Returns the stock name, market, allotment result, P/L amount, and return rate. Used for the "IPO stocks" list on the IPO subscription P/L page.
