Get Active IPO Subscription Order

Used by the IPO details page to query the current user's subscription order for the specified IPO. Returns the subscribed quantity, order status, allotted shares, subscription method, and so on. Used to display the "Subscribed" order status in the timeline module, navigate to the order details, and show the entry for sharing the allotment result after shares are allotted. If there is no order, Broker App displays the subscribe button based on the subscribable status of the timeline instead.
