Get HK IPO Statistics

Used by the IPO statistics page. Returns the HK IPO market overview for the statistics period (number of listed IPOs, average number of applicants, number of stocks that rose or fell on the first day, and highest first-day gain or loss), and returns four rankings for the ranking period: first-day gainers, first-day losers, most subscribed (by financed subscription amount), and most popular (by number of applicants).
