Get IPO Calendar

Used by the IPO calendar module at the top of the IPO center. Returns the number of IPOs in each stage (subscribing, allotment results announced, grey market, and listing), a list of key dates for recent IPOs (offer period, allotment result announcement, grey market, and listing), and the current server time. Used to display the count for each stage and the expanded IPO calendar. The “funds frozen” period shown in the calendar is not returned separately by this endpoint. Derive it by calendar day from sub_end_date and result_date: from the day after the offer period ends to the day before the allotment results are announced (that is, sub_end_date + 1 day to result_date - 1 day). Do not display the period if it is shorter than 1 day.
